We're on a mission to support the people who support others.

Pathway Companion was built by a doctor in psychosocial rehabilitation, a serial researcher and entrepreneur, and a technology expert - all serial entrepreneurs who saw firsthand how broken the system is and decided to fix it.

Our Story

Millions of Americans are quietly caring for aging parents, disabled spouses, or children with special needs - often sacrificing their careers, finances, and wellbeing to do so. Many don't know that programs like IHSS can pay them for the care they're already providing.

Our founders bring together expertise in psychosocial rehabilitation, research and entrepreneurship and technology - each a serial entrepreneur committed to creating positive social impact.

We started Pathway Companion because we believed that access to these programs shouldn't depend on knowing the right person or having the time to decode government websites. It should be simple, clear, and available to everyone.

Our Mission

To create real, lasting impact for family caregivers and their loved ones - by making it simple to access the support, recognition, and compensation they deserve.

Because quality of life matters. For the people receiving care. And for the people giving it.

What We Stand For

Care First

Every decision we make starts with one question: does this make life better for family caregivers and their loved ones?

Real Impact

We measure success by the number of families who successfully enroll, get paid, and can sustain their caregiving long-term.

Clarity Over Complexity

Government programs are notoriously hard to navigate. We turn bureaucratic processes into clear, human-friendly steps.

Built With the Community

Our product is shaped by real caregivers - people who've been through the process themselves and know where it breaks down.
